In any case, they must have veterinary assistance and trained caregiver-feeder personnel. The city council, supra-municipal entity or region, may establish, for justified reasons, a maximum number of animals that make up a feline colony. If this limit is exceeded, the entire colony or excess animals must be relocated in accordance with the provisions of article 60.6 of this regulation.
